Keith McCauley is a businessman, nonprofit leader, and community volunteer based in the Boise, Idaho area. He co-founded Cantus Youth Choirs in 2010 and serves as its Vice President and Associate Director, overseeing multiple youth ensembles and large-scale community performances.
Beyond music, McCauley brings broad leadership experience through his involvement on several business leadership and nonprofit boards. He has served organizations focused on professional development, youth development, family support, and arts education — including Hand in Hand Family Mentorship, the Distinguished Young Women’s program, and Geeko Labs, an after-school STEAM program for kids.
McCauley holds a BA in Marketing Communications from Brigham Young University and has a background in marketing, technology, and creative direction. He is a father of three and is deeply committed to creating opportunities for young people to thrive. He is honored to bring his passion for youth-focused community service to Gem State Sports.
Keith and his wife Erika are parents to a wheelchair user and are thrilled with the confidence that they’ve seen from their son’s participation in the Gem State Falcons.
